3. What are the drug testing methods?
All competitors MUST pass a polygraph test in order to compete at California Natural Nationals.  The polygraph will be administered at the check in and the day of the show, if need be.   The top 2 competitors in each class will also be subject to a urinalysis test as well.

4. Can I crossover into more than one category?
Yes, crossovers are allowed.

5. I took a product sold at GNC about 2 years.
How do I find out if it’s legal to consume for this show?
Please see the banned substances list that the INBF publishes each year.

6. Is there Spray tanning available?
Yes, NorCal Performance Tanning will be providing Spray tanning onsite the day of the show and the days leading up to the show.  Appointments can be made beforehand by emailing cinfo@norcalperformancetanning.com or by phone at 916-281-8086. Visit online: www.norcalperformancetanning.com.
